The Restorative Care Pathway is a short-term, goal-focused, government-funded program that helps older people improve or maintain their independence.
The program focuses on:
- Building strength, mobility, and confidence
- Improving our clients’ ability to manage everyday activities
- Supporting clients to live safely and independently at home for as long as possible
About our Restorative Care Pathway services in Tasmania
Salveo Healthcare is an associate provider under the Restorative Care Pathway. We provide clinical care on behalf of a registered provider to clients in Tasmania. The registered provider still oversees the overall care plan.

Which clinical services may it include?
Restorative Care Pathway services are based on the client’s goals and care plan. This may include:
- Assessment and goal setting with a healthcare professional
- Physiotherapy to improve strength, balance, and movement
- Nursing support related to restorative goals
- Education and coaching to help build confidence and self-management skills
- Support to transition to ongoing services if needed at the end of the program
