About Us
At Salveo Healthcare, we believe that everyone deserves to be healthy at home and in their community. We are a proudly Tasmanian, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to keeping Tasmanians out of hospital and supporting them to live a healthy life at home in their community. Since 2017, we’ve been supporting Tasmanians with innovative healthcare programs.
The Consumer Advisory Council advises Salveo Healthcare on what matters to them, representing client/family/carer voices, and contributing input into the planning, design and evaluation of our projects and services.
About You
Are you a current client, former client or carer of a client of Salveo Healthcare’s Falls Prevention Program or St Lukes Private Postnatal Service?
If so, we would like to invite you to express an interest in becoming a Consumer Representative on our Consumer Advisory Council.
At Salveo Healthcare, we are committed to continuously enhancing our services. The Consumer Representatives who make up our Consumer Advisory Council are vital to this. Your insights and experience are crucial as we strive to deliver services that make the biggest difference to you.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Are a current or previous client of Salveo Healthcare’s Falls Prevention Program or St Lukes’ Private Postnatal Service, or a family member of someone who is.
- Have a genuine interest in contributing to the improvement of Salveo Healthcare.
- Have a willingness to openly share experiences, thoughts and suggestions regarding experiences with Salveo Healthcare.
- Can commit to providing feedback (usually via online forms) on a regular basis.
- Are willing to respect the confidentiality of discussions.
We encourage expressions of interest from Indigenous Australians, people from a range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds, people with disability and LGBTQIA+ individuals.
Experience in a similar role is not necessary.
